Domestic Orders (Within Saudi Arabia)

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 3 business days from the date of delivery.

Return requests sent after 3 business days will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • The return must be approved by our team prior to shipping

Returns sent without prior approval will be automatically declined.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as FLAMMES is not responsible for lost return shipments

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different item, you may return the eligible product (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories (including shoes and bags)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

International Orders

All international orders are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international shipments.
